The weather is getting warmer, the leaves are coming out, and we are starting to get that springtime feeling again. Summer is around the corner, and people are refocusing on their health goals. There is a renewed sense of energy, and the longer days certainly are a help.

Now is the perfect time to really hone in on what those specific health goals are, and make a plan to begin to get there! Do you notice that you are suddenly craving more vegetables and LESS comfort foods? Do you notice that your body wants to move more? Listen to these feelings. Listen to your body. Get clear on what you want to achieve and begin to understand the habits that will build a lasting foundation for achieving and maintaining your progress.

We may take some training outside, now that the weather is much nicer for it. Throw in an extra hike on the weekends. Get out with your families and make some great memories, that don’t revolve around eating copious amounts of grilled fatty meats.
